Maintenance Shift Coordinator Sumner N2

Shift: Thursday Friday Saturday, alt Wednesday 5:00 pm - 5:15 am
TheMaintenance Lead serves as the subject matter expert for the shift and isresponsible for assisting the maintenance coach in the coordination, andplanning, of the shift work that has to be completed. This position does nothave direct reports; however, it will assist the coach in directing the day today work of the maintenance techs on the shift. The maintenance lead will beresponsible for leading projects, driving maintenance-related area improvement,and coordinating with cross-functional teams to oversee the successfulimplementation of maintenance tasks.
What you will do:
Overseearea maintenance projects and support the maintenance coach as needed.
Actas communication liaison between maintenance technicians and business partnersincluding Production, Engineering, and maintenance technicians from otherareas.
Mentorarea maintenance staff by providing performance coaching, training, anddirection. This includes planning andscheduling tasks and prioritizing work.
Routinelyevaluate, modify, and develop preventative maintenance tasks to ensureequipment effectiveness.
Maintaintools and resources needed by area maintenance staff needed to successfullycomplete tasks and projects.
Reviewmaintenance history, identify key opportunities for improvement, and establishbusiness unit-specific projects to address needed changes.
Auditmaintenance task quality, track work orders, and report on area maintenanceactivity and performance.
Participatein appropriate business unit meetings (pod, planning, leadership, and employeemeetings) and work with Maintenance leadership on corporate initiatives.
DMSand RCCA
Mayassist in development and implementation of departmental policy, procedure,safety program, and food safety program.
Oversee area maintenance projects and support the maintenance coach as needed.

May assist in development and implementation of departmental policy, procedure, safety program, and food safety program.
What you must have:
3-5years of experience working in a manufacturing maintenance environment
Experienceworking with computerized preventative maintenance systems
Demonstratedleadership skills and good analytical skills
Experienceworking with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
Abilityto communicate with multiple stakeholder groups and manage projects
Abilityto work with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement initiatives
Abilityto prioritize to meet business needs, view the larger picture, andsystematically solve problems
Abilityto get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions
Abilityto follow KDP policies and procedures
PhysicalRequirements/Working Conditions:
Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently withmechanical assistance
Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and50 pounds occasionally
Ability to constantly lift, bend, stretch andstand during entire shift
Ability to push/pull up to 1.500 pounds usingsupplied equipment
Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, andstoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions
Significantkeyboarding/computer work required (25% of the workday).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
