Maintenance Technician I Sumner N2

Shift: Thursday Friday Saturday, alt Wednesday 5:00 pm - 5:15 am
TheMaintenance Technician I at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for installation, troubleshooting, maintenance,and improvement of process equipment. Maintenance technicians must behighly quality-conscious, aggressively self-directed, motivated team players,and willing trainers?eager to gain and share new knowledge.
What youwill do:
Troubleshootand repair electrical and mechanical systems on equipment.
Performvarious equipment preventive maintenance tasks (i.e., cleaning, inspection, andlubrication) as necessary, but routinely in cases requiring advanced technicalexpertise and knowledge of safety procedures (e.g., electrical cabinets,machine interiors, etc.).
Thoroughlydocument maintenance activity using the maintenance database, adequatelycommunicate maintenance issues to appropriate employees (e.g., othermaintenance techs, operators, engineers, supervisors, etc.), and properlyutilize the maintenance inventory system.
Championprocess improvement in assigned areas by analyzing equipment maintenancehistory, identifying significant causes of waste, coordinating with appropriateemployees to develop root-cause solutions, and providing maintenance assistanceas necessary.
ProvidePreventative Maintenance support for plant and equipment
Repairand maintain items necessary to maintain process equipment in "Grade A"condition
Maintainsafe clean work areas and comply with all safety requirements
Assistin day-to-day support of operators, adjustments, setups, and change over
Assistmaintenance techs as required
Consistentlymeets internal/external customer expectations through teamwork, respect,positive and effective communication, and a willingness to help and supportothers.
Participateon improvement teams and coordinate with engineers and vendors on specialprojects
Responsibleto report food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance concerns tomanagement.
Followsall policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directedby Keurig Dr Pepper and the department.
Performsother duties as requested by management.
What youmust have:
Mustobtain lockout certification and be able to wear OSHA approved safety gear.
At least2 years of maintenance experience or equivalent.
Completionof Industrial Maintenance degree or certificate Preferred.
Workingknowledge of electrical, electronic controls, pneumatics, mechanical, andtooling.
Abilityto attend and retain Internal and or External technical training
Packagingoperation and high speed automation experience is preferred.
Abilityto effectively manage multiple tasks.
Abilityto follow, retain and communicate detailed instructions.
Abilityto follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.
Abilityto get along with others, follow instructions and support teammates.
Arriveson time for start of shift. Punctual for breaks and lunches.

Knowledgeof OSHA requirements and industrial workplace practices.
Experienceusing e-mail, job databases and spreadsheets.
ContinuousProcess Improvement experience preferred.
Abilityto work with power tools, hand tools, and machinery safely.
Abilityto travel within and outside the country, representing KDP Vision and Behaviors
Abilityto work around creosote and chaff dust.
Abilityto work in confined spaces for prolonged periods in compliance with OSHAregulations.
Abilityto work with cleaning solutions and degreasers.
PhysicalRequirements/Working Conditions:
Ability to lift 75 pounds frequently withmechanical assistance
Ability to lift 30 pounds on a regular basis and 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to constantly lift, bend, stretch and stand during entire shift
Ability to push/pull up to 1.500 pounds using supplied equipment
Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, and stoop, twist, and reach overhead with repetitive motions
Significantkeyboarding/computer work required (25% of the workday).

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
