Dr. Cool Heating and Air Conditioning has been providing heating and cooling installation, maintenance and repair for the communities of South King and Pierce Counties for more than 20 years. Primary Job Functions: Responsible for installing HVAC equipment, ductwork, & fittings and to complete on or below the budgeted labor hours, as outlined by the Installation Supervisor. Maintains required levels of truck stock items. Works independtly on ideas for reducing the cost of installation.
Work Hours: Monday Friday, 8am - 5pm, overtime required when needed
Pay Range: Up to $30 p/hr DOE + Benefits + Spiffs
Required Qualifications:
Must pass drug and background screens
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
2+ years install experience
NATE install certified or obtain within 1 year of hire
Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
Understand and apply all codes for residential and commercial
Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
General knowledge in all HVAC low voltage systems
Ability to test and balance systems
Ability to train and supervise others
Ability to perform strenuous labor including lifting heavy objects (75lbs. and up) on a daily basis
Willing to give customer service as you'd like your own family and friends to receive

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
