Service Manager (20180746)

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing and directing all service, distribution, and shop operations.
Essential Job Duties
Coordinating shipping, receiving, distribution, warehousing, and service activities.
Conferring with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded service.
Developing plans for efficient use of materials, equipment, and employees.
Reviewing production costs and product quality and modifying production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of the Service Center.
Reviewing and analyzing management reports including full Profit and Loss responsibility and taking corrective action.
Conducting meetings with sales staff to promote service and team effort.
Performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
An Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school.
A couple years of related experience.
Previous supervisory experience.
Basic computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to operate various company vehicles in a safe and competent manner. Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record with minimal traffic violations. Must be at least 21 years of age to drive a company vehicle.
Good communication and problem solving skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
