This is a NIGHT SHIFT position that performs Caregiver duties and is a 4 on/2 off rotation.

Benefits (FULL TIME EMPLOYEES ONLY) Competitive Pay Paid Time Off 401k plan Employee Assistance Program Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Duties and Responsibilities The Caregiver assists in developing, coordinating, and performing the tasks on the service plan according to the resident's preferences and abilities Maintains and documents in the Medication Assistance Record Read and implement care/activities of daily living (ADLs) according to the resident service plan Respond to resident needs, pendant calls, and other community alarms in a timely manner.
Demonstrates empathy and develops caring rapport with residents.
Promotes resident independence and self-care.
Delivers care and services in accordance with individual service plan for all assigned residents.
Maintains accurate and complete records of care delivered.
Completes incident reports accurately and timely.
Understands policies pertaining to safety and infection control and demonstrates practices to control the spread of communicable illnesses.
Promotes a clean, orderly, and safe environment.
Assist housekeeping and maintenance staff to keep the community and resident property clean.
Recognizes, responds to, and reports concerns in resident's environment to ensure safety and comfort of resident.
Qualifications Must hold state CNA/HCA certificate, complete state required delegation and/or training requirements, and successfully complete the medication pass competency Must have word processing skills Completed Nurse Delegation and Diabetes courses Must be comfortable using EMAR Must have current CPR certification, First Aid training, and Food Handler's permit as required by state regulations Must complete all state required trainings as necessary High school diploma or GED or equivalent knowledge and skills obtained through a combination of education, training and experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
