Sumner, WA Sumner, WA Full-time Full-time $20 - $23 an hour $20 - $23 an hour Paint Technician Purpose To perform all aspects of stain and paint application in accordance with Bellmont quality and productivity standards.
Formally responsible for providing input for improvements.
Determine how to repair or replace defective parts in accordance with Bellmont quality standards.
No formal supervisory responsibility.
Key Responsibilities Perform the required amount of work that will enable the team to meet weekly Finish Dept.
productivity requirements.
Perform work in accordance with Finish Dept.
accuracy standards.
This includes:
completeness of job, stain and paint application to meet Bellmont quality standards.
This includes:
matching to master samples color consistency throughout entire job no vortexing, and blotchiness.
Assists other areas or departments as necessary.
Ensures equipment within ones control is properly maintained.
Attributes / Qualifications Ability to read and understand production schedules and paperwork.
Basic math skills.
Basic spray equipment knowledge and skills Read and understand chemical labels Required Education/Experience High school diploma or equivalent.
